    Promoting cooperation between Vietnam and WIPO in improving the legal framework on intellectual property
    On April 21, 2026, a Vietnamese delegation led by Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Minh attended the 67th session of the General Assembly of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva.     On April 3, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology held the Final Round of the P-Innovation 2026 competition, aiming to promote the development of an innovation ecosystem within the university environment, associated with training high-quality human resources and developing technology products.
