Nghiên cứu sản xuất bộ Kit phát hiện nhanh chủng virus Corona mới tại thành phố Cần Thơ
Ngày 04/2/2019, Sở Khoa học và Công nghệ TP. Cần Thơ đã tổ chức buổi báo cáo Dự án “Nghiên cứu chế tạo hệ thống phát hiện nhanh để sàn lọc chủng virus corona mới tại Cần Thơ”. Dự án do Công ty TNHH MTV Sinh Hóa Phù Sa chủ trì; Viện Pasteur thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Trung tâm Ứng dụng Tiến bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ thành phố Cần Thơ, trường đại học An Giang và trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành là các đơn vị phối hợp.

Mục tiêu của dự án nhằm xây dựng hoàn chỉnh quy trình công nghệ và cơ sở sản xuất bộ Kit chẩn đoán virus 2019-nCoV theo khuyến cáo WHO trên quy mô lớn.

Dự kiến thời gian thực hiện dự án trong 06 tháng với các nội dung cụ thể: sản xuất Kit phát hiện nhanh virus 2019-nCoV sử dụng cho máy Real-time RT-PCR theo khuyến cáo của WHO; xây dựng hệ thống xét nghiệm, tầm soát và sàng lọc bệnh nhân có khả năng nhiễm 2019-nCoV từ cơ sở có kết nối chuyển dữ liệu về viện Pasteur thông qua hệ thống IoT của SPOT CHECK PCR system.

Theo Ban chủ nhiệm Dự án, với quy trình công nghệ và cơ sở hạ tầng hoàn chỉnh dự án có khả năng sản xuất 20.000 Kit xét nghiệm virus 2019-nCoV trong một tháng và công suất có thể nâng lên đến 100.000 Kit/tháng.
