Conference on study, master and implementation of the Resolutions of the 13th Party Congress
Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress was approved on February 1, 2021. The resolution sets out major policies for the country's development in the period of 2021-2025 and the following years.

In order for the Resolution to go into each field of life, each agency and unit, in the 2 days of June 07-08, 2021, the Executive Board of the Party Committee of Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology held a conference to study, master and deploy the Resolutions of the XIII Congress of the Party to all Party members in the Department's Party Committee. Party Committee of the Department of Science, Comrade Ngo Anh Tin, Party Committee Member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Science and Technology attended and implemented the Resolution. In order to ensure the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, Party members attending the Conference strictly wore masks, washed hands and disinfect, measured body temperature and made medical declarations by QR Code at the headquarters of the Department of Science and Technology.

At the conference, the delegates listened to Comrade Ngo Anh Tin, Secretary of the Party Committee deployed the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, including the following contents: Assessment of the implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy in 2011-2020 and 5-year socio-economic development directions and tasks 2016-2020; The key contents of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy for the period of 2021-2030 and the 5-year socio-economic development directions and tasks for the period of 2021-2025; Key tasks, solutions and breakthroughs during the 13th Party Congress.

Researching, studying, mastering and propagating the Resolution of the XIII National Congress and bringing it to life is an important political task of every Party organization, an honor and responsibility of each cadre and party member.
