According to experts, environmental pollution is currently a big problem, especially the increasing source of waste polluting the environment from agricultural by-products after harvest, livestock waste, etc. Every year there are about approx. 50 million tons of agricultural by-products, 20 million tons of household wastes, 80 million tons of livestock and poultry manure. Therefore, the solution to take advantage of agricultural by-products, crops, livestock and poultry wastes to create rich organic microbial fertilizers provides clean agricultural models, helping to increase agriculture product value and bringing benefits to consumers are being applied and become a trend for today's agricultural models.

At the training session, experts introduced the technical process of processing agricultural by-products into organic compost with EMIC products; deodorizing process in barns in livestock; technical process for making biological padding; At the same time, answering questions from youth union members and farmers.

Microbial organic compost is a mixture of plant and animal residues that have been decomposed by microorganisms into humus containing nutrients and beneficial microorganisms for soil and plants. Microorganic compost has the effect of improving soil, increasing productivity and quality of crop products, increasing resistance to pests and diseases, reducing production costs, and minimizing environmental pollution. Experts also note that when making microbial organic compost, it is necessary to pay attention to moisture, aeration, temperature, and raw materials.

The technical process of processing agricultural by-products into organic compost with EMIC products was researched and developed by the Microbiological and Environmental Technology Joint Stock Company (MITECOM) and supported training for farmers in many localities, such as Hanoi, Quang Ngai, Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang, Hai Duong, Ha Giang and etc. help people take advantage of agricultural wastes as microbial organic compost to use, while helping to reduce environmental pollution, reduce production costs, increase productivity, quality and clean agricultural products.

The training session received the support and companion to provide TPMs - SmartROOM online meeting and training platform from the Center for Research and Community Development (TOTA R&D) and DUCAPITAL HOLDING.
