Announcement of Vietnam Innovation Yellow Book 2021
From 151 scientific and technological works and creative solutions introduced and proposed by ministries, branches, provinces and cities, the Steering Committee selected, edited, published and released the Vietnam Innovation Yellow Book, selected 76 typical projects and solutions to be honored in the Vietnam Innovation Gold Book in 2021.

Previously, in response to the emulation movement "Solidarity, creativity, productivity improvement, quality, efficiency, international integration" launched by the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has coordinated with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, a number of ministries, branches and members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to organize the selection and announcement, honoring typical scientific and technological works and solutions in the Vietnam Innovation Yellow Book.

According to the Organization Board, in 2021, the Steering Committee for the selection, editing, publication and distribution of the Vietnam Innovation Yellow Book has received 151 scientific and technological works and innovative solutions from ministries, branches, provinces and cities introduced recommend.

In which, there are 55 scientific and technological works and solutions introduced by 11 ministries, branches and member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, including: Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development , Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vietnam Farmers' Union, Vietnam Women's Union and Union of Science and Technology Associations. There are 96 scientific and technological projects and solutions introduced by 36 provinces and cities including: Binh Dinh, Son La, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Lao Cai, Bac Giang, Can Tho, Ha Tinh, Dong Tower, Phu Tho, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Thanh Hoa, An Giang, Bac Lieu, Ninh Binh, Quang Binh, Bac Kan, Ca Mau, Quang Ngai, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Dak Nong , Lam Dong, Quang Ninh, Tay Ninh, Thua Thien - Hue, Yen Bai, Hanoi, Binh Duong, Binh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, Thai Nguyen, Hau Giang, Binh Phuoc.

From 151 projects and innovative solutions of science and technology introduced and proposed by ministries, branches, provinces and cities, the Steering Committee for selection, editing, publication and distribution of the Vietnam Golden Book of Innovation has selected 76 typical projects and solutions honored in the Vietnam Innovation Gold Book in 2021.

Among 76 projects, solutions are divided by fields including: information technology, electronics and telecommunications: 15 works; energy-saving technologies, new energy use and processing and production in agriculture: 14 works; biology for production and life: 13 works; mechanical automation: 9 works; education - training: 8 works; technologies to respond to climate change, protect the environment and rationally use resources: 7 works; medical: 7 works; material technology: 3 works.

Criteria and conditions for innovative S&T projects and solutions introduced, proposed for selection and announced in the Vietnam Innovation Yellow Book 2021 include: S&T creative works and solutions in the field of natural sciences, science and technology and technology have won prizes in competitions organized by ministries, branches, member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and provinces and centrally-run cities from January 1, 2019 to Jun 20, 2021; works with high scientific and technological value or practical application value, high economic value, effective in production and life; works introduced and proposed by ministries, branches and member organizations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and provinces and centrally-run cities; was proposed by the Selection Council and unanimously selected by the Vietnam Creative Yellow Book Steering Committee; At the same time, all works sent back have all documents and ensure the prescribed time.

The Vietnam Innovation Gold Book 2021 also honors collectives and individuals who have won international awards in 2020; honoring 6 typical creative scientific works in the field of social sciences and humanities.
