There is a fact that needs to be recognized, in the past, it took a lot of time to go to a state administrative agency to handle people's work, going through cumbersome stages. In addition, the somewhat unpleasant attitude of many reception staff becomes a "nightmare" for many people whenever they have to knock on the door of a public office. It is these obstacles that have turned into a tragic comedy called "the act is the main".
Face with that inadequacy, a series of solutions to improve and enhance the quality of the management system and administrative reform have been proposed. In which, it is impossible not to mention the implementation of Decision ON.19/2014/QD-TTg dated March 5, 2014 of the Prime Minister on the application of quality management system according to national standard TCVN ISO 9001 into operation agencies and organizations of the state administrative system.
Through the application of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, the commander in the agency, the unit can grasp the entire operation of his unit, control the process of solving work to each department and individual; at the same time, it helps to shorten time, save costs in solving and handling work, ensuring "clear person", "clear work", "clear time", "clear responsibility" to meet reform requirements administration and building e-Government.
