In order to conduct the evaluation of the National Quality Award in 2021 in accordance with regulations, the Department of Science and Technology of Binh Phuoc province has just announced to invite experts in the field of national quality assessment to register to participate in consulting and evaluating the national quality value 2021 in Binh Phuoc province.

In terms of conditions, experts need to have a professional qualification of master's degree or higher, major in economics, business administration and majors relevant to the field of assessment of the national quality value; Having a certificate of training course for national quality value assessment experts issued by a competent agency under the Directorate of Standards, Metrology and Quality; Having working experience of 3 years or more in the field of quality management, mastering 07 criteria and requirements of the National Quality Management System; Independent expert (not in the same working unit).

Regarding the content of the work, the expert will conduct an assessment to score points on the application files of enterprises. Each expert evaluates and compiles the scoreboard to evaluate the enterprise's application according to 07 criteria of the National quality award; The expert group discussed and made a report to agree on the results of the assessment of the enterprise's profile.

For the assessment process at the enterprise, the expert will join the audit team at the enterprise. Each expert summarizes the scoreboard after the assessment at the enterprise and the expert group discusses and makes a report on the results of the assessment at the enterprise to send to the Prequalification Council. The number of applications submitted by enterprises in Binh Phuoc province this year is 02.

Previously, to implement the National Quality Award Operation Plan 2021 according to Official document No. 159/TCC-TCCL dated January 19, 2021 of the Directorate of Standards, Metrology and Quality, to encourage businesses to upgrade To improve operational quality, enhance competitiveness in domestic and international markets, Binh Phuoc Department of Science and Technology recommends organizations and enterprises operating in the fields of production and trading of goods and services in the province to attend the National Quality Award in 2021.

According to Binh Phuoc Department of Science and Technology, the National Quality Award is an award for organizations and businesses regardless of economic sectors, types and sizes; No limit on the number of participants. National quality awards include: National Quality Gold Award and National Quality Award. Award winning organizations and enterprises receive the National Quality Award trophy, the certificate of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The Ministry of Science and Technology considers and selects up to 20 enterprises that have won the best national quality gold awards to propose the Prime Minister to award certificates of merit for outstanding achievements in improving productivity, product quality and goods.

Organizations and enterprises have legal status, have been operating in production, business and services continuously in Vietnam and have not violated the provisions of the law for at least 36 months, up to the time registration. Organizations and enterprises that have won the National Quality Gold Award can continue to participate in the National Quality Award after 3 years from the date of receiving the award.

Regarding the interests of the winning organizations and enterprises, the organizations and enterprises that have won the National Quality Award are allowed to announce, propagate and advertise on the mass media or other forms of introduction about their units, to use the symbol of the National Quality Award on products and publications of organizations and enterprises.

Organizations and enterprises that have won the National Quality Gold Award are nominated to participate in regional and international quality awards. Award-winning organizations and enterprises are given priority to borrow capital from the National Science and Technology Development Fund, the National Technology Innovation Fund, the Science and Technology Development Fund in the ministries, branches, provinces and cities as prescribed by law; give priority to participating in national-level programs and projects on development, technology transfer, productivity and quality improvement.

Prize-winning organizations and enterprises are rewarded by ministries, branches and provinces and centrally-run cities according to regulations from the annual reward fund. Organizations and enterprises registered to participate in the National Quality Award are guided by the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality - Department of Science and Technology: Building a report on general introduction of the organization, enterprise and self-assessment report according to 07 criteria of the National Quality Award.
