Launching Ceremony of the National Innovative Startup Festival Techfest 2021
In the morning of September 16, 2021, under the direction of the Ministry of Science and Technology in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the 7th Vietnam National Innovation Startup Festival Techfest 2021 officially launched with the topic "Embracing Innovation - Re-shaping The Future."

The event is broadcast live at 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Techfest Vietnam's fanpage and Youtube channel, aiming to affirm the role of innovation in responding to challenges, towards forming an innovation ecosystem. “open” at the national and international level. The activities are expected to be held from August to December 2021.
Attending the ceremony, there were leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology, representatives of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese, the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City, Techfest's technology village schools, and businesses, professional experts, investors and reporters, journalists from news agencies and newspapers.
At the ceremony, delegates watched Techfest 2021 video clips; listen to the Techfest 2021 introduction; New Techfest 2021; Techfest 2021 details; Speech of the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City; Statement of the State Committee on overseas Vietnamese; Statement of the Competition Committee; Speech of the Agro-Technology Village - Indigenous Tourism; Speaking of Health Technology Village and Innovative Healthcare Solutions; Speech of Smart Cities Technology Village. In addition, delegates also spent time discussing and exchanging the above issues.
The event held this year contributes to enhancing the role of innovative solutions from innovative start-ups in responding to the pandemic and contributing to economic recovery.
