The tool, called FindFace Multi, uses artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to accurately detect faces, bodies and cars through video streams in real time. This system, which can detect and track objects of interest in a split second, is currently used by 30 countries.

In 2021, FindFace Multi passed 7 independent tests to certify distributors of mold recognition technology conducted by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) of the US Department of Commerce. Its algorithm is rated as one of the leading applications in video object recognition.

It shows high accuracy in detecting human faces even when covered with masks or medical clothes. The technology is also capable of recognizing silhouettes, allowing people to be identified by the color of clothing and accessories.

The AI facial biometric feature allows the application to analyze customer information: determine gender, age, estimate the number of visitors and collect information about the frequency of visits. Creating visitor profiles and linking that profile to face photos is seen as giving businesses increased competitive advantage as they can get more in-depth and personalized marketing customer analysis.

Mr. Andrei Telenkov, CEO of NtechLab, said: "Vietnam is a very important country in our business strategy. Entering the Vietnamese market supports our business and  NtechLab's global growth strategy is geared towards developing new markets in the Gulf region, Latin America and Southeast Asia.”

NtechLab has established a number of partners in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and is looking for more partners, system integrators and resellers in these countries.
