Vietnam Digital Transformation Award 2022: More categories for foreign solutions

In the afternoon of April 21, the Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA) launched a program to vote and award the Vietnam Digital Transformation Award - Vietnam Digital Awards 2022.

This is an annual award honoring outstanding digital transformation achievements of state agencies, non-business units, businesses and individuals, contributing to promoting the national digital transformation.

This year, the award has the category "Foreign products, services and solutions", besides 4 categories of previous years including: Typical digital technology products, services and solutions; Excellent digital transformation enterprises and units; State agency for excellent digital transformation; Products and solutions for digital transformation for the community.

The new category aims to honor foreign entities with legal entities in Vietnam that contribute solutions to pressing social problems, according to Mr. Le Duc Sao - Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Digital Media Association. Vice President of the Competition Organization Board. And with foreign solutions, the Organization Board appreciates the applicability and urgency rather than the technological factor - Mr. Sao said.

After 4 consecutive years being held under the auspices of the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Vietnam Digital Transformation Award has approached more than 10,000 agencies and businesses in 63 provinces and cities; attracted about 1,000 entries; honoring 260 typical digital transformation initiatives and excellent digital transformation agencies and organizations.

Awarded to a foreign organization Baord with a legal representative in Vietnam or a foreign individual with a permanent residence card in Vietnam operating in the field of information and communication technology, owning products, services and solutions of typical digital technology, contributing to building a digital government, developing the digital economy and digital society, and solving urgent practical problems in Vietnam.
