Coordinating in the application of the Quality Management System according to the National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 electron
On April 28, 2022, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology coordinated with the Department of Information and Communications, the Software Technology Center of Can Tho University to deploy and apply the Quality Management System according to the National standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 electron in Can Tho city.

Quality management system according to National Standard ISO 9001:2015 is the latest version in the Quality Management System upgraded from ISO 9001:2008, with outstanding changes compared to the previous version. Specifically, ISO 9001:2015 includes 5 basic processes: control of documented information; identify risks, handle risks and opportunities; internal assessment; nonconformity control and corrective action; management review. These processes ensure the principle of clear people, clear jobs, clear ways of doing things, clear time and clear responsibilities in each stage of job resolution, contributing to the professionalism of the administration.

The application of the Quality Management System according to the National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 contributes to improving the quality of work settlement; administrative procedures, which are carried out in accordance with the correct process, ensure accuracy and on time, improve the level of satisfaction of organizations and citizens with the operation of the grassroots state administrative apparatus.

It is expected that when operating in Can Tho city, the Quality Management System according to National Standard TCVN ISO 9001:2015 will contribute to improving efficiency in management and administration activities; contribute to perfecting the e-government system; digitizing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System at agencies and units; the maintenance of the annual quality management system, compact; testing and evaluation operations are simple and accurate; Save time, effort and cost.
