Occupational safety and hygiene training course in 2022 in Can Tho
In the morning of June 17, 2022, Can Tho Center for Standards, Metrology and Quality Engineering (CATECH) under Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology coordinated with the Management Board of Can Tho Export Processing and Industrial Parks to organize a training course on occupational safety and hygiene in 2022 for staffs in charge of labor protection and occupational safety and hygiene network at enterprises.

At the training course, trainees were informed about the system of policies and laws on occupational safety and hygiene; Organizational apparatus, management and implementation of regulations on occupational safety and sanitation at the grassroots; delineating responsibilities and assigning powers on occupational safety and hygiene; Basic knowledge of dangerous and harmful factors, preventive measures; Methods to improve working conditions; Safety culture in production and business. In addition, the trainees also discussed with the lecturer about topics related to the training content.

Mr. Vo Quoc Hung - Deputy Head of the Management Board of Can Tho Industrial and Export Processing Zones said that the training course helps staffs in charge of labor protection work and the occupational safety and hygiene network at the enterprise to improve the quality of life. Raise awareness about the meaning and importance of ensuring occupational safety and hygiene at enterprises.
