Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technology Incubator (Incubator) always accompanies businesses to solve difficulties
After many visits and learning about the Incubator, Business Household Ngoc Giau (Ca Mau) boldly ordered the Incubator to research and preserve sugar-roasted shrimp products for the facility. Up to now, the product has been successfully preserved according to the requirements of the enterprise.

In the morning of June 9, 2022, the Aquaculture Processing Division - Incubator provided technical guidance and transferred the process of preserving sugar-roasted shrimp products to Ngoc Giau Business household in the presence of Mr. Director of Incubator and representative of Household Business.

According to Mr. Pham Minh Quoc, he emphasized the importance of technological processes for food production. With the same raw material, each different technological process will produce different products in terms of quality and appearance, so the process is a prerequisite factor contributing to improving competitiveness of product in the region.

During the transfer, Mrs. Truong Ngoc Giau - representative of Ngoc Giau Business Household was very pleased to receive the process of preserving roasted shrimp products. She hopes that with the application of this preservation process, her business can increase the shelf time of roasted shrimp to 3 months compared to before, which can only be preserved for 1 week in normal conditions. Simultaneously, the storage time is increased on a conditional basis to increase production and put roasted shrimp products into consumption chains, such as large supermarkets, points of sale of specialty products of Ca Mau and many other places around the country. At the same time, she also thanked the Incubator for great support for the establishment in the process of research to improve product value and hope to have many long-term cooperation in the future.

With the function of consulting and supporting businesses in the research and processing of aquatic products, agricultural products and mechanical engineering. The incubator promises to always accompany businesses to share difficulties and contribute to the sustainable development of the business community.
