Building a dual-use innovation startup ecosystem in Nha Trang
On August 18, in Nha Trang, the Military Software Park (Information Officer School) signed a cooperation agreement with many parties to develop an ecosystem that supports the development of useful technologies for both defense and civilian purposes.

Specifically, the Military Software Park (ASP) has signed a cooperation agreement with the National Center for Support for Innovative Startups (Ministry of Science and Technology) to develop a dual-use startup and innovation support space located in the center of Vietnam. The park is about 30,000 m2 wide in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.
Besides, ASP also signed a cooperation agreement with the Digital Entrepreneur Village TECHFEST 2022, Institute of Economics and Technology; Finnovation and Lienminhso.net contest to promote activities of connecting resources about experts, scientists, investment and market creation; organize cooperation programs and projects between civil and military sectors.
These efforts will pave the way for creating an open ecosystem with a dual-use innovation value chain that is expected to develop at a national scale and connect internationally.
The event took place on the eve of the TECHFEST program in the South Central Region and Central Highlands 2022. Besides the signing ceremony, there was also a seminar "Dual-use innovative start-up: Potential and advantages" to share opportunities in the application of dual-use science to solving problems related to marine economy.
