Da Nang City: Deploying, applying and managing the traceability system
Recently, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Plan No. 146/KH-UBND on the implementation of the project for the implementation, application and management of the traceability system in Da Nang city.

Plan No. 146 was issued with the goal of promoting the socialization of traceability activities to serve domestic and international economic integration, ensuring the quality and safety of products and goods.
Plan No. 146 was issued with the goal of promoting the socialization of traceability activities (TXNG) in service of domestic and international economic integration, ensuring the quality and safety of products and goods of the enterprises producing and trading in the city; ensuring publicity and transparency of traceability information, meeting technical standards, and being eligible for connection, integration and synchronization with the National traceability Portal; Improve the effectiveness of state management, the responsibilities of agencies, organizations and enterprises on green development through promoting propaganda activities, disseminating and training knowledge for stakeholders and ensuring publicity and transparency of information on environmental protection of products and goods in the market, providing essential information and knowledge about environmental protection for concerned collectives and individuals.
On that basis, the Plan sets out specific goals, such as by 2030, deploy and apply updated traceability data and integrate it on the national Product and Goods Traceability Portal according to regulations for 100% of the city's typical products in the fields under the guidance of the ministries and functional branches, based on national standards and national technical regulations issued and trained to raise awareness on traceability for relevant agencies, businesses, organizations and individuals to ensure that 100% of participants in the product and goods traceability system are eligible to participate in training.
Plan No. 146 sets out three main groups of tasks, including: Completing the system of legal documents and guiding documents on the development of products and goods; Propagating to raise awareness about the application of green energy technology and deploying the application of the system of environmental protection.
Funding for the implementation of Plan 146 is guaranteed from the state budget capital to complete the system of legal documents and guidance documents on traceability; Research and apply new technologies.
Separate funding for training, information and propaganda on green development, conferences, seminars, summarizing the plan and learning, exchanging experiences, piloting and supporting the connection of units Enterprises that propose and meet the requirements with the National Product and Goods Development Portal will be integrated into the Programs, Projects, Plans and tasks of the Department of Science and Technology approved by the City People's Committee. Depending on the actual annual needs, the Department will make an estimate, send it to the Department of Finance for appraisal, and submit it to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision.
Plan No. 146 also assigns the task of the Department of Science and Technology to be the standing agency to help the City People's Committee implement traceability activities, preside the planning and implementation of the plan's contents.
