Can Tho: Coming up "Mekong Delta start-up and innovation festival in 2022 - Techfest Mekong 2022"
Techfest Mekong 2022 will take place from October 19-20, at the Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technology Incubator (Road No. 8, Tra Noc Industrial Park) 2, Phuoc Thoi Ward, O Mon District, Can Tho City).

In order to promote the connection of the innovation startup ecosystem, connect resources to support the innovation startup ecosystem for the provinces/cities in the Mekong Delta, contributing to the improvement and development innovation startup ecosystem of each locality and of the whole region; Creating conditions for the members of the  innovation startup ecosystem to have the opportunity to meet and share experiences in the construction and development; Introducing typical products, scientific and technological achievements, innovative start-ups of the region, creating opportunities to connect in terms of supply and demand, investment among domestics and international localities; Creating conditions for nurturing and developing innovative startup ideas and projects among pupils, students; at the same time honoring individuals, groups of individuals and innovative startup enterprises; Create a driving force to promote startup and innovation activities in order to effectively exploit indigenous resources, cultural strengths and characteristics of localities and regions, contributing to socio-economic development. Can Tho city hosts the Mekong Delta Innovation Startup Festival 2022 - TECHFEST Mekong 2022 with the topic "Aspirations for the Land of Nine Dragons" under the direction of the People's Committee of Can Tho city, Ministry of Science and Technology, organized by Department of Science and Technology of Can Tho city, Department of Market Development and Science and Technology Enterprise and related agencies/units.

- Time: Opening at: 8:00 am, October 19, 2022

- Format: Live and online via 2D, 3D technology platform, Zoom meeting with main contents including 12 series of intensive events taking place during 02 days October 19 and 20, 2022 with topics revolving around the message "Aspirations for the Land of Nine Dragons", such as Contest for Talent Search for Startups and Innovations in the Mekong Delta, Forum for Startups and Innovation in the Mekong Delta – 3rd time, Launching Can Tho City Innovation Startup Advisory Network and Network of Investors and Investment Funds; consulting sessions connecting consulting - investment and 8 workshops.

In addition, the event also combines a live exhibition of about 100 stores and an online exhibition of 70 stores introducing more than 200 typical innovative startup products and projects of the whole Mekong Delta and some provinces and cities in the country.
