Work capability in an international environment of city-level leaders and managers in Can Tho - Current situation and advanced solutions

In the afternoon of March 14, 2023, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology held a council to directly assign organizations and individuals carry out the social science project "Work capability in an international environment of City-level leaders and managers in Can Tho - Current situation and advanced solutions. The Council is chaired by Mr. Ngo Anh Tin, Director of Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology. The study is carried out by Dr. Le Thanh Hoa. Can Tho City School of Politics is an implementation agency.

Overview of the meeting

The research objective of the project is to assess the current situation and propose solutions to improve the working capacity in the international environment of the city-level management staffs in Can Tho until 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Council's members

Research contents include: International environmental research and environment forecast to 2030, vision to 2045; Analysis and assessment of the current situation of capacity to work in the international environment of the team of leaders and managers at the city level in Can Tho; Assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of city-level leaders and managers in Can Tho when working in an international environment; Proposing specific solutions and action programs in the short, medium and long term to improve the working capacity in the international environment of the city-level management staffs in Can Tho.

Research team

The implemented project will be the scientific basis for making forecasts on the international environment to 2030, with a vision to 2045. At the same time, propose specific solutions and action programs to improve efficiency of the international working capacity of the city-level management team in Can Tho.

The Council unanimously approved the project on the basis of comments to edit some contents for the research team to complete the explanation.
