Supporting female intellectuals to develop intellectual property
Currently, there are still many intellectual property and scientific and technological research results among female intellectuals that have economic value, meeting practical needs, but have not been commercialized.

Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Tran Van Tung said that in the rapid development of modern technology towards the 4th industrial revolution, the intellectual team becomes a particularly important resource, creating the strength of each country in its socio-economic development strategy.

To achieve the goal of bringing our country out of underdevelopment and basically becoming an industrialized country in the direction of modernity, it is necessary to bring into full play all resources and intellectual potential of the nation, especially the creative capacity of intellectuals, in which female intellectuals have been holding a very important position.

Statistics from the National Science and Technology Information Administration show that the number of women participating in research accounts for 46% of the total research and development workforce. The Vietnamese female intellectual community is very diverse, including female scientists and entrepreneurs in all fields, across the country.

The female intellectuals have contributed many valuable scientific works on theory and practical application in many fields of social life. There are research projects and scientific initiatives that benefit the country many billions of dong. Currently, there are still many intellectual property and scientific and technological research results among female intellectuals that have economic value, meeting practical needs, but have not been commercialized.

Therefore, supporting female intellectuals in promoting, introducing and implementing trade promotion activities, connecting them with businesses in order to exploit and develop the value of intellectual property, promote and Strengthening the effective enforcement of intellectual property rights is really necessary nowadays.

In particular, the theme of this year's World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is: "Women with intellectual property, promoting innovation and creativity", showing that female intellectuals are becoming a team of high-quality human resources contribute to the socio-economic development of all countries, including Vietnam.
