In the afternoon of May 11, 2023, Can Tho Department of Science and Technology and the delegation of National Economics University and University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, including Dr. Ngo Anh Tin, Director of Can Tho Department of Science and Technology, Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Van Hoa, Former Vice President of National Economics University and 14 members of the delegation visited and worked at the High-Tech Building - Can Tho University and the Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technology Incubator. Welcoming and working with the delegation, therer were Dr. Tran Thanh Dien, Deputy Director of ODA Project Management Board, Can Tho University and Mr. Pham Minh Quoc, Director of Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technology Incubator.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed a number of issues related to the actual development of industrial parks, advantages and disadvantages of industrial parks and businesses, learned about smart business models and circular economy development in industrial parks, science and technology application and innovation activities; Current status of development of science, technology and innovation foundation for industrialization and modernization and orientations for development of new science, technology and innovation in order to achieve national development goals by 2030 and vision 2045.
