Announcement of Science and Technology Journalism Award 2022
In the 10th year of the award, the organization Board awarded 4 First prizes, 4 Second prizes, 4 Third prizes and 6 Extra prizes.

Author Nguyen Dang Tuan Minh (far right) received the third prize for the article "Digital transformation is not a trend" published in Science and Development. She is the director and co-founder of the KisStartup startup support organization, as well as the investment connection specialist of Techfest Vietnam for many years.

Today, on the occasion of Vietnam Science and Technology Day (May 18), the Ministry of Science and Technology (Science and Technology) organized the Award Ceremony of Science and Technology Journalism Award 2022.

This year's award has more than 600 works/groups of works by authors and groups of authors from four types of media, namely print, radio, television and electronic newspapers. In general, the works have reflected quite comprehensively in all aspects of S&T activities, referring to urgent, popular and practical issues of socio-economic life. Many works of good quality, topical topics, timely and boldly reflect the results of the science and technology industry's activities", according to the evaluation of the voting council.

The Ministry of Science and Technology has awarded 18 journalistic works (print press has 5 works, electronic newspaper has 5 works, radio category has 3 works, television category has 5 works). There are 4 First prizes, 4 Second prizes, 4 Third prizes and 6 Secondary prizes.

Also on this occasion, the Ministry of Science and Technology celebrated the 10th Anniversary of the Award. Held from 2012 until now, the Prize has received a total of more than 7,400 works, groups of works in 4 types of press from central and local press agencies. The Organization Board has selected 224 excellent works/groups of works by authors/groups of authors to award prizes.

From this award, many localities, such as Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Thua Thien Hue, Bac Giang... also held press awards on science and technology, contributing to spreading more widely the role of science, technology and innovation communication.
