Closing ceremony of the intensive training course on intellectual property in 2022-2023
On May 9, 2023, the National Office of Intellectual Property cooperated with the University of Law of Ho Chi Minh City held a closing ceremony and awarded certificates to 79 students who completed the Intensive Training Course on Intellectual Property (IP) in Hanoi in 2022. Before that, on April 26, 2023 the training course in Ho Chi Minh City also held a closing ceremony and awarded certificates to 53 students who completed the course.

This is the 6th course held in Hanoi and the 7th course held in Ho Chi Minh City. The intensive training program on intellectual property is organized by the NOIP and the University of Law of Ho Chi Minh City built with 8 specialized subjects in the fields of IP with the aim of providing a comprehensive training program on intellectual property for entities with needs from enterprises, state agencies, law offices and interested parties.

Attending the closing ceremony of both courses in Ho Chi Minh City. In Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Mr. Tran Le Hong, Deputy Director of the National Office of Intellectual Property, expressed his joy and congratulated the lecturers and students for their efforts in completing the training course. The trainees after completing the Training Course will be an important source of additional resources to the human resources with expertise in IP, contributing to improving the quality of the whole IP system of Vietnam. The students in these two courses are also very fortunate to have access to the new provisions of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the IP Law so that they can be properly and promptly applied.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mrs. Le Thi Nam Giang, Director of the Center for Intellectual Property also expressed her excitement and congratulated the close cooperation between the NOIP and the University of Law of Ho Chi Minh City for many years with effective and useful activities for society. With the continuous improvement of content and teaching methods, this training program is highly appreciated by experts for equipping learners with comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of IP.

According to the plan, in 2023, the NOIP and Ho Chi Minh City Law University continues to enroll students for an intensive training course on IP in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to continue to strengthen human resources with expertise for the IP system of Vietnam.
