Hai Phong: Organize professional training to maintain and improve ISO 9001:2015
In two days from June 1st to 2nd, 2023, Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology organized professional training in building documents, applying, maintaining and improving the quality management system (TCVN ISO 9001:2015) for nearly 100 cadres and civil servants at state administrative agencies and units in Hai Phong city.
Deputy Director of the Hai Phong Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality, Hai Phong Department of Science and Technology Hoang Thi Hong Ngoc delivered the opening speech of the training course.
Speaking at the opening of the training course, Deputy Director of the Department of Resettlement and Resettlement Hoang Thi Hong Ngoc shared that the application of the quality management system according to TCVN ISO 9001:2015 into the operation of state administrative agencies in the city in order to gradually systematize the process of handling work in a scientific way, improve the quality and efficiency of public service management and provision, and contribute to accelerating reform and modernization of administrative procedures in the city.
After 3 years of implementation, up to now, the application of TCVN ISO 9001:2015 has been carried out 100% in communes/wards/districts. Effectively, the management and deployment of work is much more convenient. With the result of 91.80%, Hai Phong broke through to the first place in the PAR index in 2021, in which the great contribution of officials who directly solve the problem must be mentioned administrative procedures on the principle of strictly complying with the established process TCVN ISO 9001:2015.
In order for the maintenance and improvement of ISO 9001:2015 to come into reality and contribute to improving the city's administrative reform index, the training content focuses on the following issues: i) Legal grounds relating to the development, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015; ii) General awareness of ISO 9001:2015; iii) Develop, apply, amend and issue a document system according to ISO 9001:2015. At the end of the training course, trainees take a harvest test to evaluate their learning results and receive a certificate of course completion.
