Small and medium enterprises support program innovates technologies and equipment in Can Tho city until 2025, and orientation to 2030
In the afternoon of June 15, 2023, Can Tho city Department of Science and Technology met the Advisory Council to determine the scientific and technological tasks under the small and medium-sized enterprises support program in technology and equipment renewal in Can Tho city until 2025, and orientation to 2030. Dr. Ngo Anh Tin, Director of Can Tho city Department of Science and Technology is the Chairman of the Council.

1. The project “Application of science and technology in the rice wharf milling and processing line at the stage of grain sorting, removing impurities and shaping packaging, improving the quality of packaging designs to improve high value quality finished rice products of Hoang Minh Nhat Joint Stock Company in Can Tho city". The project is carried out by Hoang Minh Nhat Joint Stock Company. Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Can Tho, Can Tho Agricultural Extension Center and Can Tho University are implementing units.

Research team

The purpose of the project is to create a system of color separation, rice separation and high-tech mold packaging to help improve the value of finished rice in the high-quality rice production chain in Can Tho city.

2. Project "Building a flow and pressure monitoring system in the network of water supply pipelines and monitoring raw and clean water parameters at factories using IoT technology platform". The project is carried out by Tra Noc - O Mon Water Supply Joint Stock Company. Nguyen Phat Electric - Electronic Company Limited; Faculty of Automation - Polytechnic School - Can Tho University are implementing units.

Research team

The project is carried out to apply electronic sensor technology, IoTs technology platform and 4.0 technology to the stages of the process of exploitation, treatment and supply of clean water. In particular, it is applied to the management of the network of water supply pipelines and water quality monitoring at water treatment stations.

3. The project "Building a digital ecosystem to serve the assessment of the current status of the level and production technology capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises in the city. Can Tho". The study is carried out by Dr. Ngo Ba Hung, Can Tho University. School of Information Technology and Communication, Can Tho University, School of Economics, Can Tho University, Polytechnic School of Can Tho University, Can Tho City Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Mekosoft Software Solutions Limited Caompany are implementing units.

Research team

The project is implemented to build and pilot a digital ecosystem to monitor and support small and medium enterprises in Can Tho city to improve their qualifications and production technology capacity.

The Council has suggested a number of contents for the research team to edit and complete the content of the explanation.
