Food quality and safety for public health
This is the topic of the national conference on food science and technology in 2023, organized by the Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry (Ministry of Industry and Trade) and the Vietnam Association for Food Science and Technology (VAFoST) in Ho Chi Minh City.

The conference is organized with the goal of turning the organization of the national conference into a regular academic activity, a science and technology forum for scientists from universities, research institutes, companies and businesses operating in the field of food technology and related fields meet, exchange and present research results and achievements with practical application, related to food safety.
At the conference, the delegates exchanged and discussed the following topics: human resource training strategy in the field of food processing industry; food science and nutrition; food and beverage processing technology; food preservation technology; postharvest technology; food biotechnology; food packaging; toxins and food safety; sustainable production environment management; circular economy in the food industry.
