At the meeting, the representative of 3 Shrimps Technology Joint Stock Company reported the results achieved after the support under the small and medium enterprises support Program in technology and equipment innovation for the period of 2018-2020 with the following results: Improve product quality: Good control over product specifications and quality, remote control through connecting information technology applications on cloud computers and smartphones; By converting from electric fermentative heat into superheated steam of the boiler, the company has saved about 50% energy; Increase fermentation capacity more than 30% by shortening fermentation heat transfer time, unifying stable technique, shortening fermentation process from 15 days/batch to 10 days/fermenting batch; By the second quarter of 2023, the fermentation time has been shortened to 8 days/batch due to the improvement of the production process; Reduce 50% of staffs for fermentation production: Before technological innovation, to operate 8 fermentation tanks, 4 employees are needed; After applying technology, the equipment that supports the operation of 8 fermentation tanks requires only 2 personnel; Thanks to the support of equipment and technology, it is a premise for the company to expand consumption markets, form new products with high competitiveness in the market, help diversify production products, improve efficiency of capital recovery and easy access to export markets. Revenue efficiency: Enterprise estimated revenue to increase by 30% compared to before applying new technology. Coupled with the efficient operation, the project's payback period is estimated within 9 months from new applied technology (shorten 1.3 months compared to the plan).
