Goods management system based on artificial intelligence technology
Mr. Vu Minh Duc, VSV Startup Research and Development Center (HCMC) and his colleagues have just successfully researched an automatic management system for drivers and freight trucks.

Currently, Vietnam has more than 3,000 transport units, of which more than 90% are small and medium enterprises. The total number of trucks used to transport goods in Vietnam is 1,170,000 vehicles, of which 21% are large gravity vehicles of 10 tons or more and most vehicles are under 10 tons. Currently, about 247,500 vehicles are required to install camera equipment under Decree No.10.

In fact, transport enterprises are having to spend money to hire managers, from 1-3 people for small and medium enterprises, with salaries ranging from 15-30 million VND/month/person. On average, each business pays from 15 to 90 million VND per month for managers and coordinators, but the efficiency for fleet management is not high.

The main reason is that the business lacks effective management tools automatically from the car for the manager to operate. Today's tools are mainly just calling, or texting on Zalo, management can't catch anything happening on the road because the only tool they can see is a signal transmission device GPS (global positioning system). This signal only sends the current position of the vehicle, but cannot tell the manager about the current status of the vehicle and the driver.

Overcoming this shortcoming, the research team built and launched Quanlylogi - A fleet management system using artificial intelligence to automate the journey monitoring process. The system automatically generates simple reports, helping transport businesses easily manage the quality of freight on the move and reduce traffic accidents.

Quanlylogi solution is an automated software that applies artificial intelligence to perform three tasks: Face recognition to identify the driver who is driving the vehicle; identify driver behavior to automatically distinguish between safe and unsafe driving behavior; combined with GPS and maps to create a simple report of a driver's travel over time.

According to the research team, the deployment of the application of transportation management solution using artificial intelligence - Quanlylogi.com will help transport businesses save costs and time in monitoring, managing and operating the remote vehicle, reducing the risk of road traffic accidents.
