Dossier and registration of results of performing scientific and technological tasks
The Ministry of Science and Technology has issued Circular No. 11/2023/TT-BKHCN amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 14/2014/TT-BKHCN on regulating the collection, registration, storage and disclosure of information on science and technology tasks.
Circular amending the application file for registration of results of performing science and technology tasks funded with the state budget in Article 12 of Circular No. 14/2014/TT-BKHCN includes:
- 01 registration form for performance of tasks using state budget according to Form 5 in the Appendix issued together with Circular No. 14/2014/TT-BKHCN for each science and technology task;
- 01 report summarizing the results of the task performance with the legal certification of the organization in charge of the task that the task performance results have been completed after the official acceptance;
- 01 report summarizing the results of task performance; 01 survey data, maps, drawings, photos, multimedia documents, software (including source code and data) and other documents (if any);
- A copy of the meeting of the Council for official assessment and acceptance of the results of the performance of scientific and technological tasks; confirmation document of the agreement of the authors on the arrangement of names in the list of authors performing the tasks (if any): application for protection of industrial property rights (if any);
- 01 Technology description form according to Form 8 in the Appendix issued together with Circular No.14/2014/TT-BKHCN for scientific and technological tasks which products include technological processes.
Methods of registering results of performing science and technology tasks
Registration dossiers must use Portable Document (.pdf) format, use the Vietnamese Unicode font (Time New Roman) according to Vietnamese standards (TCVN 6909:2001), be digitally signed or digitized from paper copies ensure the completeness, integrity and accuracy of the contents according to the paper version.
The Circular takes effect from August 10, 2023.
