Small and medium-sized enterprises support program for innovating technologies and equipment in Can Tho city will be implemented in 2024
In the afternoon of April 16, 2024, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology met with the Advisory Council to determine scientific and technological tasks under Small and medium-sized enterprises support program for innovating technologies and equipment in Can Tho city. The Council is presided by Dr. Ngo Anh Tin, Director of Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology.
Overview of the meeting
The Council has advised and determined science and technology tasks for 7 projects:
1. Innovating technology and drying equipment in wood production and processing lines is carried out by Tinh Moc Interior Architecture Joint Stock Company.

2. Innovating fluidized bed boiler technology and applying 4.0 technology to operate boilers effectively carried out by Thuan Phat Private Enterprise.

3. Applying fluidized bed drying technology in rice drying to improve the quality of finished rice products of Thanh Tam Co Do in Can Tho City, carried out by Thanh Tam Co Do One Member Limited Company.

4. Application of unmanned aerial vehicles (Drones) into the rice farming process at Toan Phat Agricultural Cooperative, Co Do District, Can Tho City, carried out by Toan Phat Agricultural Cooperative.

The Council commented on the content for the Project research team to edit and complete the explanation according to the comments of the council members. After being approved, the projects will be supported by Small and Medium Enterprises Support Program to innovate technologies and equipment of Can Tho city with 30% of the funding, the rest will be responsible for expense by businesses.
