170 co-working spaces (an increase of 150 spaces compared to 2017), 50 technology transfer centers belonging to research institutes, universities and other types of organizations (associations, registered businesses) related to consulting and technology transfer brokerage), 01 technology trading floor in the Northern Coastal region connecting 05 trading floors in the region including: Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, 01 trading floor in the Mekong Delta expected to connect technology trading floors in the region, such as Can Tho, Tien Giang, An Giang is in the establishment stage.
