Da Nang City has 02 research projects that can be widely applied in the country's current conditions, bringing benefits to the community and society that were honored at the Closing and Awarding Ceremony of the Vietnam Science and Technology, Innovation Award in 2023.
On May 30, at the Hanoi Opera House, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations coordinated with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee held the Closing Ceremony and Awarding of the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award 2023. This is an annual award to honor scientists and innovators nationwide who have produced outstanding scientific and highly effective works.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Closing and Award Ceremony, Dr. Phan Xuan Dung, Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, Head of the Award Organization Board, said: Through 28 times of organization, the Award has attracted with the active participation of a large number of scientists and creators throughout the country. Thousands of awarded scientific works have made great contributions to the cause of building the country and protecting the Fatherland, contributing to bringing a prosperous and happy life to the people. In 2023, there are 130 participating projects. Based on the scoring results of the Board of Judges, the Award Organization Board decided to award prizes to 47 projects including: 4 First prizes, 10 Second prizes, 16 Third prizes, and 17 Consolation prizes.
