Globally, intellectual property plays a decisive role in the creative economy, as WIPO statistics show that this industry generates more than 2.25 trillion USD each year and creates tens of millions of jobs. Large corporations, such as Apple and Microsoft rely on intellectual property to create endless value, proving that in the digital age, intellectual property protection is the key to unlocking breakthroughs based on science and technology. In Vietnam, intellectual property has become a strategic pillar towards the goal of a developed, high-income country by 2045.
In the music industry, AI is not only a technical tool but also a creative partner, helping artists discover new emotions and sounds. However, without a solid intellectual property system, musicians' "gray matter" is easily lost due to the risk of illegal copying. The government and relevant agencies are making efforts to improve policies, raise awareness and cooperate internationally to protect creative rights, create a fair competitive environment, promote the strong and sustainable development of the music industry and preserve artistic values for future generations.
