Binh Dinh: Developing innovative businesses in the digital age
On March 26, 2025, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province coordinated with the National Startup Association to organize the Forum "Developing innovative enterprises in the digital age", within the framework of the 6th National Innovative Startup Forum.
Overview of the forum
In his speech, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province Lam Hai Giang emphasized that the province considers STID as important pillars to promote growth model transformation, improve productivity and competitiveness. The digital economy is considered a new driving force, along with science and technology and innovation, which will contribute to improving efficiency, quality, and towards sustainable development of the province.
In particular, innovative enterprises are identified as the center for creating new values for the economy. Binh Dinh has built an open innovation ecosystem, connecting state agencies, enterprises, institutes, schools and the technology community, to promote the startup and innovation environment. Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa, Chairman of the National Startup Association, affirmed that the startup spirit is increasingly spreading strongly, not only among young people but also attracting experienced people, making startups an indispensable part of life from urban to rural areas.
Within the framework of the forum, experts shared many presentations on solutions to improve innovation capacity for businesses. Vice Chairman of the National Innovation Startup Advisory Council, Ly Dinh Quan, suggested that businesses clearly define a strategic vision for the next 3 years, combine technology and sustainable solutions, and invest in research on new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data and automation to promote rapid and sustainable development in the digital age.
