Promoting the intelligence and enthusiasm of scientific and technological intellectuals in implementing Resolution No.57
In order to effectively implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations emphasized the role of intellectuals and scientists in developing science and technology and digital transformation, contributing to promoting socio-economic development.

At the workshop on April 29, Chairman Phan Xuan Dung said that the system has developed an action plan to maximize the responsibility and intelligence of intellectuals, while mobilizing industry associations, local associations and science and technology organizations to join hands in implementing the Resolution, contributing to the application of science and technology and innovation in life.

According to the Chairman of the Hanoi Union of Associations, Dr. Le Xuan Rao, the team of science and technology intellectuals currently accounts for nearly 90% of the intellectual force in the country and has been emphasized in Party Resolutions such as No. 27-NQ/TW and No. 45-NQ/TW. He proposed creating a specific mechanism for the social consulting activities of the system, while promoting the ordering of research and application of scientific results from these organizations. The Union also needs to have a specific plan, assign clear tasks to member associations, update, develop and connect the network of domestic and foreign experts to effectively contribute to the development of the country.

Commenting at the workshop, Dr. Pham Van Tan emphasized that the Union of Associations should proactively coordinate with competent agencies to clearly define the tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Party and the State, thereby promoting the activities of intellectuals and scientists in the system. These opinions demonstrate the system's determination to promote Vietnam's intellectual resources, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals of Resolution No. 57.
