Officially operating the information system to monitor and evaluate the implementation of Resolution No.57-NQ/TW
The system for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of Resolution No.57-NQ/TW on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation has officially operated on the Party's electronic information portal since May 20, nearly 5 months after the resolution was issued.

This is a step forward demonstrating the Party's determination to transform from policy to practical action, promoting modern, data-driven and transparent leadership methods. The system is based on a set of strategic and operational KPIs, helping to comprehensively monitor, update data in real time, and provide in-depth analysis to improve leadership capacity, provide early warnings and adjust policies flexibly.

Designed with a multi-layered Index that fully reflects the progress of implementation from all areas, along with an intuitive dashboard that helps leaders detect bottlenecks, risks and make quick decisions. Public data and clear decentralization promote responsibility and transparency in implementation, helping ministries, branches and localities to implement on schedule, achieve targets, and have a clear basis. Thanks to modern technology, the system also enhances accountability, builds a stable, disciplined public administration and aims for sustainable development based on accurate and reasonable data.

Putting the system into operation clearly demonstrates the Party's will to innovate its working methods, promoting digital transformation in management, inspection and supervision. Instead of relying on traditional paper reports, units update data, progress and difficulties directly on the digital platform, creating a unified and transparent information channel from the central to local levels. For the system to operate effectively, the Central Steering Committee has organized training sessions, developed clear regulations, ensuring accurate, complete and non-overlapping data, contributing to improving the effectiveness of leadership and sustainable development of the country in the spirit of the resolution.
