The Department of Culture, Science and Information, under the People's Committee of District 5, coordinated with KDI Education to organize a training conference and experience the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in administrative management.

The conference attracted many officials and civil servants to participate.

Accordingly, officials and civil servants directly experience AI tools to improve work productivity and gradually master new technology tools.

The event took place in two sessions, morning and afternoon, at the People's Committee of District 5 on May 21, with the participation of leaders of advisory agencies, professional units, socio-political organizations and administrative experts.

According to Mr. Phan Nguyen Truc Phuong - Head of Training Group at KDI Education, the focus of the training session revolved around how to effectively use large language models (AI chatbots), such as ChatGPT in public management and administration.

Specific content includes: Principles of using AI chatbots in the State agency environment according to instructions from the Ministry of Science and Technology; Techniques for asking questions (prompting) so that AI can respond accurately: from giving commands without examples, with examples, according to specific contexts and roles; Methods for designing effective prompts, applying formulas, such as S-T-E-P, B-R-I-E-F, or C-R-E-A-T-E to optimize interactions with AI; Introducing Google's NotebookLM tool - a powerful AI assistant that supports document analysis, content creation and effective collaboration in administrative and educational contexts.

In particular, in the direct practice section, officers and civil servants experience AI tools through real-life situations, associated with Official Dispatch 557 of the Ministry of Science and Technology on the principles of using large language models (AI Chatbot) in State agencies.

At the conference, officials and civil servants practiced writing data summaries, drafting content and building action plans.
