Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology organized a Mid-term Evaluation Council for the science and technology task of developing the Thoi Hung Soursop Brand, Co Do District, Can Tho City. The Council was presided by Dr. Ngo Anh Tin - Director of the Department of Science and Technology. The study was carried by Nguyen Khac Phi - Branch of Investip Industrial Property Joint Stock Company (Hanoi City), and Tran Thi Thien Thu - Can Tho City Farmers' Association.

At the meeting, the research team reported on the progress of the project. Accordingly, the project has only completed 2/7 of its contents, and is actively implementing the remaining parts.

Specifically, the project has completed the survey and collected information on the production and consumption of soursop in Thoi Hung commune. At the same time, it has assessed the potential of processed products from soursop, determining the position of the product in the market. In addition, the project has built a management model and a system of documents guiding the operation of the NHTT; at the same time, it has developed a collective brand management tool for processed products from Thoi Hung soursop in the form of digital transformation.
Research team
In addition, the project has registered additional intellectual property rights for a number of products processed from soursop and continues to perfect the management model, tool system and documents related to the Thoi Hung soursop brand.
In the presentation on difficulties and problems related to implementation in the context of administrative boundary merger, the Council gave practical comments to help the research team complete the project in the coming time.
It is expected that the project will be implemented on schedule as presented in the Explanation. In the coming time, the research team will continue to implement the remaining contents and complete the contents according to the comments of the council members.
