Spreading digital transformation to people in ethnic minority areas.
In the national digital transformation process, bringing technology to people in ethnic minority areas is not only an urgent requirement but also a measure of policy effectiveness. The reality in Quang Ngai shows that for digital transformation to be implemented effectively, the team of Party branch secretaries and village heads are crucial "nucleus," playing a leading role in disseminating information and connecting the government with the people.

The "core" at the grassroots level drives digital transformation.

In many mountainous areas, where infrastructure is limited and people are unfamiliar with technology, the Party branch secretary and village head are the ones who "guide them step by step," instructing them on how to use smartphones, access online public services, or make cashless payments.

Beyond mere propaganda, this force also directly participates in implementing digital transformation models in the community, such as community digital technology teams, assisting people in installing applications, creating electronic identity accounts, and accessing policy information. Through this, they contribute to narrowing the digital divide between mountainous and lowland areas.

Gradually changing people's perceptions and habits.

The spread of digital transformation in ethnic minority areas is not simply about equipping with devices or infrastructure, but more importantly, about changing perceptions and habits. Thanks to their closeness and credibility within the community, grassroots officials have helped people understand the practical benefits of digital technology in their daily lives.

From initial hesitation, many households have proactively used smartphones to search for information, learn about agricultural production techniques, and market their produce through digital platforms. In reality, when people "understand" and "trust," the transformation process will be faster and more sustainable.

Linking digital transformation with socio-economic development.

Digital transformation in ethnic minority areas not only serves administrative reform but also opens up opportunities for economic development. Many models applying technology in agricultural production have yielded clear results, helping people improve productivity, product quality, and expand consumer markets.

The application of automated irrigation systems, environmental sensors, and smartphone-based production management has helped reduce labor costs, increase yields, and gradually develop smart agriculture. This is clear evidence that digital transformation is deeply integrated into people's lives, even in disadvantaged areas.

Laying the foundation for "digital literacy for the masses"

From practical implementation, it can be seen that the team of Party branch secretaries and village heads are the core force in realizing the goal of "digital literacy for the people," popularizing digital skills for the entire population. When each village has a "digital nucleus," the process of spreading technological knowledge will become more natural, effective, and sustainable.

In the coming period, along with continuing to improve digital infrastructure, localities need to strengthen training and capacity building for grassroots officials, while replicating effective models. Through this, digital transformation will truly become a driving force for socio-economic development and improve the quality of life for ethnic minority communities.
