Hue announces 4 new administrative procedures in the field of digital technology industry.
The People's Committee of Hue City has just issued Decision No. 813/QD-UBND on the announcement of the list, internal procedures, and electronic procedures for resolving new administrative procedures in the field of digital technology industry under the management of the Department of Science and Technology.
According to the decision, four new administrative procedures have been announced: Request for controlled testing of digital technology products and services; request for extension of testing; request for termination of testing; and request for adjustment of controlled testing of digital technology products and services.
These procedures are implemented through a one-stop shop mechanism, an integrated one-stop shop, and are not dependent on administrative boundaries within the entire city.
Organizations and individuals can submit applications directly, online, or via public postal services at the Public Administrative Service Centers at all levels, or through the National Public Service Portal.
The processing time is clearly defined: a maximum of 60 days for applications for controlled testing; and a maximum of 15 days for procedures related to extension, termination, and modification of testing, counting from the date of receipt of complete and valid documents.
The Hue City Department of Science and Technology is tasked with organizing the deployment and synchronization of administrative procedure data onto the system, publicly posting it, and guiding relevant agencies and units in establishing and operating electronic processes on the city's Administrative Procedure Resolution Information System.
