Promoting "Digital Literacy for the People" and popularizing digital skills to every citizen.
By systematically and flexibly implementing the "Digital Literacy Movement," Tuyen Quang province is gradually popularizing digital skills in the community, enhancing the digital capacity of its people, and creating a foundation to promote comprehensive digital transformation throughout the province.

In the context of rapid digital transformation, Tuyen Quang province has identified the "Digital Literacy Movement" as a key, long-term task linked to socio-economic development and improving the quality of life for its people. The Provincial Party Standing Committee has issued an implementation plan with clear objectives, a roadmap, and assigned responsibilities to each level and sector.

The dissemination of information has been implemented synchronously from the provincial level to the grassroots level with diverse forms, tailored to each target group. Press agencies and grassroots information systems maintain dedicated pages and sections, promoting visual communication, contributing to raising awareness and encouraging people to proactively learn digital skills.

Simultaneously, the province organized numerous training courses on digital skills using a "hands-on" approach, attracting tens of thousands of participants. The training content focused on skills in using digital services, e-commerce, information security, and applying new technologies in learning, production, and business.

The police in Nhữ Khê commune are assisting residents in directly accessing online public services.

A highlight is the effective development of community-based digital technology groups with nearly 19,000 members. These groups directly guide people in using online public services, electronic payments, and digital applications in their daily lives, especially in remote areas. Volunteer youth also actively participate in supporting the dissemination of digital skills to the people.

Digital infrastructure continues to receive investment and upgrades; many innovative models have been implemented such as "Digital Saturday," "Digital Market," and "One Digital Skills Support Point per Village," contributing to making digital transformation more substantive at the grassroots level.

After nearly a year of implementation, the movement has achieved many positive results: The percentage of officials and workers with digital skills is high; the majority of people have access to and use digital platforms; online public services, e-commerce, and digital healthcare are gradually expanding.

In the coming period, Tuyen Quang will continue to promote the "Digital Literacy Movement" in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, focusing on improving the quality of digital human resources, perfecting infrastructure and policy mechanisms, thereby creating a foundation for sustainable development of the digital economy and digital society.
