Based on this, the province has proactively developed a plan and organized its synchronized implementation from the provincial level to the grassroots, identifying this as a key, long-term task.

Local Party committees and authorities have played a leading and guiding role, while mobilizing the participation of the entire political system, with youth union members, grassroots officials, and community digital technology groups playing a core role. This approach helps digital transformation move beyond a technical concept into a practical and relevant issue for the people.

Promoting digital skills in line with daily life needs.

The movement is being implemented in a practical way, focusing on basic digital skills that directly serve the daily needs of the people. Content such as using online public services, cashless payments, information retrieval, and ensuring safety in the online environment are prioritized for widespread dissemination.

Through direct guidance activities at the grassroots level, people are gradually accessing and using digital platforms. Many localities have formed community "classes" at village cultural centers, where people receive specific guidance and practice on the spot. This hands-on approach has helped eliminate hesitation and build confidence in people's access to technology.

Simultaneously, the province's online learning platforms and digital information systems are being effectively utilized, creating conditions for people to learn flexibly, anytime, anywhere.

Enhancing the role of grassroots forces.

The application of technology in management, administration, and public service delivery has been promoted, helping to improve work efficiency, reduce costs and time for citizens and businesses. Online public services are increasingly used, contributing to improved service quality and increased transparency.

In the economic field, digital transformation has also begun to create positive changes. People have gradually applied technology in production, promotion, and consumption of products, expanding markets and increasing the value of local goods. Digital business models, e-commerce, and electronic payments are increasingly gaining attention and developing.

Despite achieving initial results, the implementation of the movement in Lai Chau still faces some difficulties, especially regarding digital infrastructure, access to technological equipment, and the quality of human resources at the local level.

To overcome these limitations, the province continues to prioritize investment in digital infrastructure, while also promoting training and skill development for officials and citizens. Expanding support models in the community and improving the effectiveness of community digital technology groups are also important solutions for the future.
