A highlight of the role of Dien Bien youth is their active participation in supporting businesses and production facilities in the process of transitioning to the digital environment.

Through direct support programs at the grassroots level, youth union members have guided people in installing and using applications for business management, electronic tax declaration, invoice issuance, and cashless payments. Following the motto "guide thoroughly wherever possible," the support is provided specifically, persistently, and tailored to each individual, especially those unfamiliar with technology.

Practical implementation has shown that, with direct guidance, people can quickly adapt to new management methods, contributing to improved efficiency in production and business operations, while increasing transparency and convenience in transactions.

The "Digital Literacy Movement" in Dien Bien has been widely implemented with the participation of community digital technology groups in all communes and wards. Youth union members play a core role, directly participating in guiding and supporting the people.
