Accordingly, the Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the Director of the Department of Science and Technology to review and complete tasks with deadlines in 2025. Simultaneously, the Director is to implement the application of a virtual assistant in receiving and processing administrative procedures; review and propose specific content for science, technology, and digital transformation projects that have been directed and oriented for implementation in the 2026-2030 period, and submit them to the competent authority as prescribed; and to lead and coordinate with relevant units to advise on the development of the City People's Committee's Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation Development Plan.
The Director of the Department of Construction will preside over and coordinate with relevant units to advise on adjusting the Project "Developing Can Tho City into a Smart City, giai đoạn 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030" associated with infrastructure modernization and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in governance, management, and services for citizens and businesses.
