Huawei Watch Fit 5 and 5 Pro: Bright 2500-Nit Display, TruSense Sensors, and Micro-Motion Reminders
Just as the Watch Fit 4 remains popular, Huawei is already preparing to launch the Watch Fit 5 and Watch Fit 5 Pro, bringing major upgrades in display brightness, health tracking, and smart activity reminders.

Minimalist Design with AirDry Straps

The Watch Fit 5 retains Huawei’s familiar square-rounded design but now features a softer CNC aluminum frame with more curvature. The body weighs just 27g, with 5ATM water resistance and IP6X dust protection, making it suitable for swimming and workouts in humid environments.

The Pro version introduces woven AirDry straps, designed to wick sweat and resist water, keeping wrists comfortable during hot summer days or high-intensity exercise—solving the stickiness issue common with rubber straps.

AMOLED 2500-Nit Display and TruSense Sensors

Huawei has significantly upgraded the display: a 1.82-inch AMOLED panel with 2500-nit peak brightness, ensuring clear visibility even under direct sunlight. The screen maintains a smooth 60Hz refresh rate and 346ppi pixel density for sharp visuals.

Inside, the new TruSense sensor system integrates 6 LEDs and 6 PPG modules for more accurate heart rate and SpO monitoring. Paired with TruSleep 5.0, the watch analyzes sleep structure and mood changes, delivering detailed health reports.

Micro-Motion Reminders and Long Battery Life

A standout feature of the Watch Fit 5 Pro is Micro-Motion, which nudges users to perform short exercises after prolonged sitting. An animated panda guides 30 mini routines targeting 10 muscle groups—including neck, shoulders, and back—to reduce fatigue.

Thanks to new silicon materials, the battery lasts 7–10 days depending on usage, with full charging in just 60 minutes. The watch runs HarmonyOS, supports Bluetooth 6.0, and includes independent GPS. Pricing starts at 1,099 CNY (~4.1 million VND).

Alternatives: Watch Fit 4 Series

For those who don’t need the latest upgrades, the Huawei Watch Fit 4 (~2.6 million VND) and Watch Fit 4 Pro (~3 million VND) remain excellent options—durable, reliable, and often discounted during major sales.

With brighter displays, advanced sensors, and unique activity reminders, the Watch Fit 5 lineup positions Huawei strongly in the competitive smartwatch market. The Pro model, with its sweat-resistant AirDry strap and Micro-Motion guidance, highlights Huawei’s focus on health-centric innovation for everyday users.
